Scenarios or Key Choices for Land Use
Up to three land use scenarios or key choices for different areas around Commerce City will provide choices for future growth patterns and implications of different patterns, The public will help select preferences.

Building on selection of preferred choices, the Future Land Use Plan will guide future land use and development patterns in the city and its neighborhoods and industrial areas.
